I’m Angelica Pope, wife & mom of 4, and the creator behind Cozy Crypt. We’re a small business born from our love of horror movies, cozy nights, and all things spooky season vibes.

What is the return policy?
Our goal is for every customer to be totally satisfied with their purchase. If this isn't the case, let us know and we'll do our best to work with you to make it right.I do not accept returns on made-to-order items.If it’s a fault of my own,I will investigate it further.
Payment Disputes / Chargebacks Policy:By completing a purchase, you agree to our store policies, including processing times and made-to-order production terms.
If there is an issue with your order, we ask that you contact us directly FIRST so we can resolve it quickly. Many issues can be handled faster through direct communication than through a bank dispute.
Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without contacting us first may delay resolution, as we will be required to submit order records, communication history, and proof of production to the payment processor.
We maintain detailed records for all orders, including timestamps, production status updates, and customer communication, which will be used in the event of a dispute review.
Are any purchases final sale?
We are unable to accept returns on certain items. These will be carefully marked before purchase.
When will I get my order?
We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.
Made-to-Order Policy:ALL items are made to order or sourced through third-party DTF print suppliers. We are not a retail warehouse or fast-shipping store, and each order is processed specifically after purchase.My turnaround time is 7-14 business days which exclude Fridays,weekends,and holidays.I am a one woman show and work very hard for my business and to get my orders out on time efficiently.

Once an order has entered production, it cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded. This includes situations where production has begun with our supplier or materials have been allocated to your order.

Our products are manufactured both locally and globally. We carefully select our manufacturing partners to ensure our products are high quality and a fair value.
How much does shipping cost?
